Transcribed text by LingQ is incorrect

Hi LingQ Community,

Recently I imported my contents (English Audible mp3 files) into LingQ but every lesson I imported had some errors like this:

  1. They added some more sentences not related to any line the speaker in my audio said. (even another language, but the speaker just said only English).

  2. Some sentences repeatedly many times but the speaker just said once.

  3. Sometimes the text was scroll faster than audio.

  4. Some parts didn’t transcribed.

I would like to ask if that everyone have the same problem and the solution to solve it.

2 is a common issue with Whisper AI and I believe the others to be issues with AI transcription in general.
