Traditional Chinese Mandarin has wrong TTS voice options

  1. Traditional Chinese has a “Hong Kong” voice option but this applies to a different language entirely, namely Cantonese, not a pronunciation or accent within Mandarin. Traditional Chinese doesn’t have the Taiwan pronunciation which would be the relevant one.
  2. The Taiwan pronunciation, however, is found in the Simplified Chinese TTS selection under the options gear in the web interface. This is fine, as it at least the same general dialect of Chinese, but considering we know that it exists, this should be added as an option for Traditional Chinese.
