Language Reactor is an browser extension which shows translations at the same time you look at the video.
I have found this extension helpful.

Sadly it doesn’t work on an iPad.

There is a work around to get it to work on iPad, I use it myself on iPad when traveling.
You have to use Orion internet browser and install the plugin, then open netflix and request desktop version and it’ll work. Little bit of a pain but so helpful!
