Hello. I was not able to cancel my subscription this month (10 March) because I got the error message “To downgrade you must have fewer than 5 imported unshared lessons. Delete imported unshared lessons until you are below this limit then downgrade again.” I tried contacting support but received no reply, so the fee for another year was taken out of my account against my will. Please could you delete my unshared lessons so I will be free to downgrade my account this time next year? I have too many to do this manually. Thank you.
I took care of it for you and cancelled your subscription manually. Your account will drop to the FREE level after your current paid period expires.
