There is an error when trying to save the word meaning

I use it as a website. Whenever I try to save word meaning. When I press the space character while typing, it swallows the character. This error appears on the website.

An additional suggestion. If I study the same course on Iped after studying from the website, the words sometimes come unsigned or their meanings are not recorded

I am having the same problem. I am using Chrome. I have never had this problem before.
