The transcription of Ukrainian audio lessons is catastrophic

In September 2025, and again in October, I tried several times to transfer Ukrainian audio lessons. Some of these lessons were transcribed into Russian…!
Since yesterday, I have tried transferring these same lessons again. The first one was transcribed perfectly, including the grammar notes. Unfortunately, the other three lessons are incomplete; a significant portion of the Ukrainian lesson is missing and was not transcribed. How many times do I have to try to transfer them to hope for something correct and well done? Why is the service so poor, uncontrollable, unpredictable, and erratic? I will try to transfer these lessons once more, but it’s appalling to waste so much time!

When you’re studying a language seriously, such shortcomings are disheartening. What do you intend to do?

Do other languages have similar problems? Fellow serious students: Please share your experiences; I’d feel less alone.

I’ve experienced twice parts of a Spanish audio file not being transcribed and the workaround was to reencode it via https://online-audio-converter.com/

See:

@BlueSkies305 If the MP3 is incorrectly encoded, our importer is treating part of the frame as silence. Firefox browser is less tolerant of that. Re-converting the file to MP3 with a different bitrate (256-320 should do the job) or converting to M4A should resolve the issue. You can convert with this online tool: https://online-audio-converter.com/
