The latest iOS app cannot use AI chat




The upgrade pop-up window appears every time, and when you close it, you will exit the AI chat.


I’m already a premium user and also prompted that I need to pay for an upgrade.

Unfortunately all the AI features have been moved behind an extra paywall called Premium Plus. I am a Lifetime member and have the same problem.

@SeoulMate Lynx chatbot is still available for Premium/Lifetime users too in standard mode. Please don’t share wrong information. If you are a Lifetime member and can’t use Lynx in Standard mode, that is a bug. Please confirm that is the case.

@len1984 Are you unable to start the chat in the Standard mode?

Yes, the latest version of the iOS app doesn’t work, my iPad can be used normally when the latest version is not updated, and web gambling is also used normally

I updated the new version pushed today, but the problem is still not solved. The account even shows that I am an ordinary free user, not a lifetime user, which scared me. When I entered the web version, it still showed a lifetime user.




My iPad account used to show “Lifetime English” as a user, but now it shows as a FREE user, but the advanced English features still work. However, even after updating my iPhone to the latest client, I still can’t use the AI ​​basic conversation feature. I can still see “Lifetime English” on the web version.

@len1984 To make this one clear, your English Lifetime plan is active and you do have unlimited access to that language.
In the last 3 days, there is an issue with iOS app and Lifetime subscribers can’t access Lynx chat on the app (it works on website version so you can use it there in the meantime). All other Lifetime features are working properly.
The Lynx chat issue with iOS app will be fixed in the next app update, which should be approved by Apple hopefully today or tomorrow.
