The Generate transcript feature doesn’t work

Hi, the feature doesn’t seem to work properly today.

I’ve uploaded 3 vids and waited for more than half and hour and none of the lessons can be opened .

Any idea what happened? Thanks!

I have logged transcribing times from 2 mins to 3.5 hours. I also have lessons that never finished transcribing. I’m not sure the cause as everything happens on the server and they don’t provide logs. The easiest way to remove these dead transcriptions is to delete the course its in through the edit menu, might free up some compute for your new uploads too.
