I get an internal server error popup whenever i try to enter my card.

I’m having the very same problem. Internal error won’t let me upgrade to premium :frowning:

Yes, it’s fixed. I was able to upgrade :slight_smile:

I have the same problem. I tried to pay from 2 different cards = both doesnt work :frowning:

Can you fix my account? Error appears; Validation Error: Your transaction was declined. Please use a different card or contact your bank.

I am sorry to hear that you are not able to upgrade your LingQ account.
I’ve just checked your account and it seems that all your payments from today were unsuccessfull, because your credit card were declined. You’ll need to contact your bank and check why you can’t make payments with your card.
