The Chinese lessons here on LinkQ all seem to be in Simplified Chinese, and I was hoping there would be a way for me to view the lessons in Traditional Chinese instead.

Some lessons have both character sets. Other than that, you will probably have to convert the lessons yourself with a tool such as this one: http://www.chinese-tools.com/tools/converter-simptrad.html
