Switch from lifetime to Premium Plus - Can I go back to lifetime later?

I have a lifetime subscription for Japanese and French. If I change my plan to Premium Plus, but decide later it’s not worth the extra money, can I go back to my lifetime plan? (I have no plans to ever attempt another language, so will stick with Japanese and French.)

In short, I’m interested in trying the Premium Plus features but might not even consider this if it nulls my lifetime subscriptions that I’d like to keep as a backup.

Lifetime is Lifetime.; you can’t convert it (there is no “Lifetime Pro”)
You can just try Premium pro and not renew it later. (I did that: I wanted to try the Pro voices). It’s pricy though if you just use it for your Lifetime language
