Supercharge is a new product that is designed to take the user from 0 to an A2~ understanding in their target language by completing various drills, challenges and revisions.
The entire curriculum and content is generated on-demand by AI workers allowing us to offer expansive language pair selections. e.g (English → Argentine Spanish) or (Arabic → New Zealand English) etc.
Each curriculum offers up to 1000 lessons focusing on CEFR aligned content and useful vocabulary for the everyday.
This product is Mobile / Tablet / Desktop friendly across various browsers.

That is an interesting idea to generate curriculum using AI.
Are they generated taking into account your current known words and estimated level in the language on LingQ ?
Do they dynamically adjust their content as one progress on LingQ ?
It doesn’t take your known words into account when generating the curriculum. It is a good idea to auto-complete certain levels if you have the related words marked as known though.
The vocabulary is also local to LanguageMaster, you would need to export/import your LingQ data via the LanguageMaster vocabulary page to share the same data.
With the new LingQ pairing feature we can look at instant updates / synchronization on both platforms
The content level is determined per section. Section 1 would be Introductory and Section 4 being the most advanced terms and phrases. The curriculum is currently set for ~1000 lessons between 0-A2. we plan to expand this this to B/C and also specializations after an initial trial.
This way of learning would be hell for me. I can’t imagine anything more sterile and overwhelming. That and the extensive usage of AI… it’s a massive no from me.
However, I can easily imagine someone else feeling the complete opposite about it. Whatever gets you there!
AI being the driver of the content means that as OpenAI releases newer models the quality will naturally get better. I attempted something similar when GPT 3 was released and it wasn’t quite up to the task. Now, its passable and its only been a couple of years.
Sourcing related material for 10,000+ language combinations over various levels / topics would be an unobtainable goal in the past. Now I can potentially learn 10,000 words in Levantine Arabic while playing a game on my phone.
I wouldn’t try to change your mind, I prefer acquisition through videos and books myself. This is more a change of pace/ complementary tool and something that can be done while not at the computer.

I really think you need to have at least 1 lesson available to trial 99.9% of people won’t progress through to payment just from your screenshots
Mr rooster the interface looks clean and functional, but you need create a direct funnel for new users to get started and gradually build up complexity — I’m an engineer used to high-density interfaces and I find this very confusing to start with
OK I got through and started, some running feedback I gathered – overall the UI is snappy and clean, and technically great.
If the intent is for an absolute beginner though, I think it’s probably too difficult / a bit rough in the sequencing.
I actually found the conversation part the most useful, as I say below as someone a little over a year into learning. Overall though I prefer LingQ Lynx AI conversations for this exercise:

As below, I think the “click to look-up” a word is a killer feature that is more powerful than a structured course.

I verified, clicked through to purchase token again but the stripe screen hung.
I took a punt and signed up for a 7-day thing and it worked. If this is the case (need to have a subscription to buy token) that’s very confusing for me and I think you need to make that clear.
On landing, I think you should just show the first A lesson (and ideally with a small portion free / no sign up as you say)
the mindset is that I’m still evaluating if this is of interest to me, let along whether to spend money
before deciding that, I don’t want to invest in generating a multi-program – as above, having all this information on screen while I’m still deciding is confusing and distracting
Suggest giving an indication of how long the lesson generation is going to take – again I think people might bounce before it completes otherwise.
There’s two A-levels that look the same to me – I started with the right hand one and I think it’s too rough an intro for a new user

OK I’ve generated the one on the left and confirm it’s the same (maybe a bug?). Have worked through a few lessons: was actually an enjoyable and useful review at ~12 months into the language, but I think too rough if the intent is for absolute beginner
I think landing immediately on a vocabulary matching exercise might be annoying if you don’t know any of the words. It’s like being tested on something you’ve never been taught. In the e.g. Duolingo format I think they make you listen to the words in context first, that feels closer to a more reasonable pathway.
you can also click on the words and get the definition ala LingQ, which I’m probably biased at this point, but I think this is the killer feature for software
the different ways in which “please” has to be translated is something of a cultural nuance that’s probably frustrating for an absolute beginner to have a whole lesson about
We’ve added the Challenges library which is used to access those roleplays and also generate them in different styles. (e.g Friendly/Formal/Adversarial…). As we expand/perfect the challenge types I think it will become an increasingly useful tool.

The curriculum / lessons are all stored so the generation time only really applies to the first person. Which is why they get a small token reward everytime someone else uses their generation for the first time.

The AI has just output very similar word sets because the generation was for Indonesian and the other for Indonesian (Indonesia). The ‘A’ level curriculum will tend to share various unit names as that is where we fed the most data. I think the correct option is to only show 1 card for (Indonesian (Indonesia)) and just hide the generic. Same for other single region languages.

I’d be interested in being able to read a book with the sort of lingq-linked bilingual text i think you can do. Maybe being able to simplify each sentence. With audio.

Get people to demo it on you tube. Have Greek as an option and I probably would.
“Will spend more time on that after expanding the supporting features.” I’d challenge you to scrap all features until you can offer bilingual sentences + audio and adapt to user feedback. I casically don’t want anything else (but I want it at the right level for me and in the right languages).

audio target language variable level (A1 etc. ) Choice would be great. AI might help keep it simple. Not AI generated (but maybe AI will simplify a harder sentence). It must be something I want to read. On Lingq, I buy books and upload them. Assume you’ll lose customers for every uppgrade, download, vaguely techie thing they have to do.
Can you basically make a better display screen for Lingq on a browser. Take my latest lingq lesson show the target text show the English base language text
