Suggestion for background colors

Hi,

I want to say how much I’m enjoying LingQ. I’m a brand new user and, even in the short time I’ve been here, this site and the system behind it have improved my Spanish. https://192168ll.red/

I’d like to suggest alternate CSS switches that allow users to toggle color schemes. I tend to like black text on a white background, but it can strain the eyes after a while. https://routerlogin.red/ Switching to a dark or pastel color scheme would be a relief. https://19216801.cc/

The Dark mode will be available in the upcoming update to LingQ 5.0 version. :slight_smile:

Hi, bicoxi!

You don´t have to wait for LingQ version 5.0 (and its updates).
You could simply use a dark mode extension for your browser.
See for Firefox, for example:

There´s a slight delay when displaying web pages using “darkreader”.
Apart from that, it works like a charm :slight_smile:
