Subtitles do not match spoken word in imported youtube videos

I have noticed that quite often when you import a youtube clip say in German into LingQ the German subtitles do not exactly match the German spoken in the video. Different words meaning the approximately the same thing are often used. These are youtube clips with proper subtitles and not just auto translate subtitles. Has anybody else found this. It tends to happen mostly with clips and trailers of feature films.

They may not match. Netflix German shows and movies are like this. The subtitles are close, but they may use simple past tense or different words than what’s actually spoken.
