I am writing to have your advice on how do I study the English language and benefits as much as possible from this application. From where should I start?
Please help with the tips so I can utilize it accordingly.

If you know the basics of English, just import or select interesting lessons and read with the LingQ app! By being exposed to English with proper context, your English will be improved gradually.
Do not choose TOO hard content, it could make you feel know nothing and can lose your passion.
Personally, I started English study in LingQ with classic literatures (e.g. Alice’s Adventure in Wonderland, The Wonderful Wizard of Oz, The Old Man and the Sea, and The Animal Farm), and now I primarily use videos imported from YouTube because it attracts me most for now.

Reading and listening are everything of study 
I just read and listened as much as I wanted and now my English is much improved than a year ago.
