Hello, I was offline (out of cell service and no wi-fi available) from Friday afternoon until Sunday afternoon. I used downloaded lessons to study and obtain the points required to keep my streak alive. I’m pretty sure that I even looked at the calendar for my streak and it showed 2X points for Saturday. When I got back in service on Sunday I got a “Repair your streak” button, but apparently LingQ had immediately credited my Saturday offline points towards my new Sunday streak of 1 day, so I had a streak and therefore, nothing to repair. This has happened a few times, and I’ve asked for and received a streak repair, which I very much appreciated. I’m hoping for another streak repair, as well as some information about how to keep a streak alive when offline for extended periods of time. It’s not uncommon for me to be in areas with no cell service or wi-fi, sometimes for multiple days at a time. Besides harassing the LingQ support staff, is there a way to keep a streak alive in that scenario? I’m not much of a technology guy, but it seems like we must have the ability to track and credit my Saturday points to Saturday. Perhaps there are so few people that are offline for any length of time that it’s not cost effective for LingQ to address. It sure would be nice to be able to go offline, do your lessons, come back online, and have those lessons accurately tracked. Thanks for your help and taking the time to read this.

Your streak is now fixed.
Please note that at the moment it’s not possible to preserve the streak in the offline mode.
