Streak issue

My French streak is gone, but I am sure I did not miss any daily goals (I do LingQ everyday, earning more than the daily goals). I also received an email saying that the streak could be fixed, but the link does not work (it does not repair - the link simply redirects me to the LingQ homepage). How can this issue be solved?

Do you have the correct time zone selected on your Profile?

I didn’t know the time zone function - I had a look now on my profile to find it is correct. It could potentially have been caused by my multiple devices. Anyway I will try to do them more during the day. Thanks, Zoran!
