Streak disappeared and playlist doesnt work

my 60+ day streak disappeared, please fix asap. this is extremely frustrating

secondly, the playlist function has virtually never worked. i often dont like taking my phone out on the street as it is not always safe where i live, but it always randomizes the items in the playlist and never plays them in order. can this be fixed?

Version of App? IOS, Android? Which phone do you use? Were the audio files previously downloaded?

its an iphone, so IOS i suppose. ive had this problem for years honestly and the last few times i tried to post about it there was always an error message.

as far as the streak, i realized that it randomly treated 10/11 PM as midnight and reset on me, so i was able to ‘repair’, but still affected my stats

@BabyRuth Your streak is alive and active. Check if you have a correct time zone selected on your profile.
Regarding the playlist, when you start the audio, swipe the audio player up and disable the “Shuffle” button.

If you drag over the audio player, swipe it up, you should see an additional options (buttons).

im sorry, i dont understand. how do you ‘drag’ over the audio player? im talking about the iphone app, which is the only time I use the playlist function, as i thought was standard…i dont know how to remove the randomization. if i swipe up it either does nothing or moves the app up entirely/shows it alongside all the other ones that are open on the phone
