Streak and subscription issues

Can you email me? My emails don’t seem to be getting through to you. My issues are as follows:

  1. I need to be sure that the subscription coupons have been applied correctly to my students’ previously existing accounts.

  2. One of my students lost a streak because of connectivity issues and did not receive an email to fix it. (Username: jffrsnschmidt).

  3. Another student says that she is losing her streak because the cut off time seems to change and some days it is 2 hours earlier than other days.

I fixed your student’s streak. We are working on the issue related to time-zone and we will have it fixed soon.

Regarding the coupons, I am working on it and will get back to you soon via email.
