Can you email me? My emails don’t seem to be getting through to you. My issues are as follows:

I need to be sure that the subscription coupons have been applied correctly to my students’ previously existing accounts.

One of my students lost a streak because of connectivity issues and did not receive an email to fix it. (Username: jffrsnschmidt).

Another student says that she is losing her streak because the cut off time seems to change and some days it is 2 hours earlier than other days.
