Are “store” and “save” interchangeable when I’m talking about the files, information or data on a computer?
“store information” and “save information” on a flash drive are the same?
Yes. “I have the file saved on a flash drive” and “I have the file stored on a flash drive are the same.”
If you want to be technical, “to store” or have something “in storage” means “to save for a longer period with the intention of future use.”
