Still being charged for monthly after upgrading to annual

I upgraded to an annual subscription earlier this month, but I’m still being charged the monthly subscription rate at the same time. My billing shows that I paid for the annual subscription on June 12th but I was still charged for the monthly price again today. I want to know how to get it to stop charging me the $15 monthly fee and if I can get a refund for today’s charge.
