Speaking mode on LingQ iMac desk top

How can I get the speaking session when in sentence mode on my desk top iMac? Or is only confined to the iOS version?

Do you have the “Speaking” activity enabled under the SENTENCE REVIEW, Settings > Review?

Zoran… my desk top LINGQ does not contain this setting. Should it not be there because it is on my ipad version.
