I was just wondering if anyone knows of Spanish learning resources similar to “Deutsche Welle” for German and “TV5 Monde” for French. I really like these sites and have had a look for something similar in Spanish but to no avail.

In general rtve http://www.rtve.es/ offers both TV and radio programs. TV shows often include subtitles
Yeah, I’ve seen that before and it is a good resource, but unlike DW and TV5, it’s not actually designed for language learners per se, i.e. in the sense that the segements aren’t sub-divided into language level and there are no quizzes.
They used to have this program. Not sure if that’s what you’re looking for. But ftornay is right in that RTVE/RNE is the Spanish equivalent of TV5 Monde in France.
