Something is wrong with my subscription

So I have the Premium subscription on my Android phone, it literally says it in my Play Store. Yes, I checked the accounts and they are the same. But for some reason whenever I try to check the subscription on my account on my laptop, it says I’m still a free user. It’s really frustrating as when I click become a premium member, I am directed to that my subscriptions are strictly managed on Google Play. What do I do to import the Premium subscription to my laptop?

Your account with username andrewchange is Premium and you do have unlimited access to it. However, it seems that you have more accounts created. Make sure that you are logged into the same Premium account on all devices you are using.
