They do podcasts giving insights into some professional software development topics.
Typical podcasts are from 1/2 to 1 hour long.
They do it under Creative Commons license (Creative Commons — Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 2.5 Generic — CC BY-NC-ND 2.5)
There’s no transcripts, but the language is not too complicated, in my opinion.
