Slow response time

Hi,
When highlighting multiple words in a sentence there is often quite a slow response time before the translation/audio comes up.
It sometimes happens with individual words too but not as much.
I’m using the desktop version and I didn’t have this issue yesterday.

Thanks, we have some issues on the site at the moment and our developers are looking into it. We will have it fixed and back to normal soon.

Hi Zoran.

I am having the same problem on Android. Lessons take a long time to load and the app is lagging as soon as I click on a word. It takes a good 5 seconds for definitions to appear.
