When working in sentence mode, when you close the page and go back to sentence mode later, you are immediately sent back to the very first sentence which is really annoying. Can we have an effective way of bookmarking the sentence we are working on? The green bar is useless as the sentence number is not displayed permanently, so you are never too sure which sentence you are looking at. This is on IpadOS.
I do agree that the whole process of navigating lessons in the reader needs a thorough review/rewrite and this obviously includes sentence mode. But for me on iOS, sentence mode takes me back to the last place I had reached in the lesson (or at least appears to do so). Don’t know if there is a setting that controls this but it’s non-obvious.
But I would like to see something altogether more flexible for navigation within the lesson. For example, the lesson I am currently working on is a set of 20 brief conversations in a video imported from YT. But I am not necessarily going to access these conversations in a linear way from start to end. Instead I may want to dive in to a random conversation in the lesson and activate sentence mode from there. Right now there does not seem to be a good or easy way of doing so.
