[Request] Automatic Translate Sentence

Is that possible to have sentences translated automatically each time we move from one sentence to another? Maybe with an option on the settings to turn it ON/OFF?

Yes, please. I think I have asked for this before but my request was denied.
There are two levels to such a feature:

  1. The lesson already has translations: then the translation would simply be shown upon turning the page
  2. No translation is available: the system would have to automatically translate the sentence using google translate (for example, the iOS app already does this in the new study sentence mode)
    I hope that at least number 1 could be implemented. Also a way to have a complete lesson auto-translated would be nice, in the lesson editor (before sharing lessons).

In sentence view there should be options to

  1. auto-translate the sentence without clicking each time
  2. auto-play the audio for the sentence when moving to the new sentence

This would make sentence view a lot nicer to use.

I think if something like this was implemented, there should be an option to turn it off/on and default to off (personal preference).

I don’t think I want the translation popping up every time for two reasons:

  1. I don’t want my eyes wandering down to the translation if I’m trying to work it out in my head-I’d like to control this. It would be very easy to even accidentally catch a bit of the translation out of the corner of your eye so to speak.

  2. I would imagine it could slow things down as one pages through the content, although it does seem like things have been quite snappy of late with the translate sentence.
