Hi, I would like to offer conversation times for German. I am supposed to send a report to the conversation partners about their Performance. How do experienced tutors do this? Do you just make notes while talking and write a summary afterwards or do you record the session and produce a full transcript?

Sorry if I missed a faq entry or forum posting about this topic somewhere, I didn’t find any.
I just take notes of their biggest mistakes or things they were struggling with. Then in the report I write what they said on the left side and my correction on the right side! Hope that helped.
