I was traveling on a plane yesterday and today, and did LingQ study offline on that plane while it was yesterday in the timezone I was in when I left, thinking that it would sync after I got off the plane, continuing my streak. However, it seems that instead of continuing it, the study was made to be today, making it so I missed yesterday. Normally I wouldn’t too bothered but due to creating a new streak “today”, I can’t repair the old one. Is there any way to recover it that I’m missing?
I repaired your streak, no problem at all.
Please help me to recover my streak. Thank you very much!
@EliNg Sure, I fixed your streak.
Could you please help me recover my streak? I tried using coins to repair it, but it didn’t work. Thank you very much for your help!
@oui_kate Sure, I fixed your streak.
I did study my lesson yesterday, but the streak jumped to the next day. Why is this error happening? It has occurred more than twice since I started tracking my streak.
@EliNg I fixed your streak. Do you have the correct time zone selected on your profile?
Traveled to Japan today, I got both the streak repair pop-up and the time zone pop up. I said yes to both, but seems like they didn’t take effect. I was asked about the time zone change again, but not the streak repair.
This always happens from US to Asia. I was using the app offline on the plane, so I certainly maintained my real life streak. Upon landing the activity was assigned to the next day once I arrived due to the time change (13 hour flight plus 14 hour time difference is > 24 hours) and I’m still sitting at an airport waiting for my connection. Perhaps I should have said no to the time change to keep the streak?
Not sure how to solve the root problem, but can you repair my streak?
Thanks,
@hiptothehop Sure, I fixed your Spanish streak.
My time zone sellected is correct. I’ll monitor it for a while and let you know if it happen again. Thank you very much for your support.
