My subscription renewed for another year with me knowing until now, I don’t plan to use LingQ this year so I would like to get my money back. Is there anyway to do so?
Our standard memberships are all recurring memberships, which is noted when upgrading and on the first invoice. We give customers full control over their subscriptions from the account page, and canceling is as easy as clicking “Downgrade”.
We’re more than happy to provide you with a refund of this latest payment. I’ve issued a full refund and your account has now been downgraded to the Free level.
