I recently got charged for a 6 month subscription to lingq premium. I had subscribed a year ago but canceled it so I was confused as to why I had been charged 94.44$. Would it be possible for me to have a refund and stay with the free version of lingq for now?
Are you sure you got charged by LingQ?
I checked your account “cruzito” and the ;last payment made on that account was back in May 2022 for annual subscription. There is no any additional payment made after that date.
Or, do you have any other accounts?
It was on my other account, the email associated is email@example.com. I got charged a few weeks ago for it even though I cannot log back into the account since it had been deactivated in the past.
