Hello!
I wanted to ask if it was possible to get a refund. I payed a year prior for a yearly membership and thought I had cancelled it (thought that it was possible to do through deleting the app on the Apple Store) come to find out I didn’t and so I was charged yesterday. While Lingq has been really helpful this past year, I unfortunately can’t afford to continue with my premium subscription. Could anyone help me get a refund, please?
I did find out how to properly cancel my subscription and will be doing it now.
