Refund from Premium Plus tier

Hi,

I had the free trial of the premium plus tier, which worked pretty well. However I was then unable to use my phone for the past couple weeks for a different issue. It has taken the full £250 out of my account on the 15/01. Is there any way this could be refunded?

Any response would be greatly appreciated.

You are subscribed to LingQ Premium membership via the iOS app and the Apple Store. To cancel your subscription, please log in to your Apple Store account and cancel it there.

You can request a refund from Apple here: http://reportaproblem.apple.com/ Unfortunately, they don’t allow us to issue a refund on their behalf.
