Lingq colours are either not showing or slow to load. Sometimes they show and then the reader whites them out and shows their status as deleted (when they are not). Paging is slow. Mismatch between Lingq counts on the status bar, lingqs shown in the text and the side bar. Anyone else having similar problems?
Yes! I noticed it just now
@bobivan Are you using web or app version?
I’m using the web version. Also in contact with LingQ support via email. Issue currently escalated to QA team.
Yes! I’m using Linux and running into the same issue. It only gets fixed when I reload the page, but it doesn’t last long and I have to do it again.
The problem seems to have different layers. I also use LingQ in the Browser (Windows, Edge, and whenever I edit a sentence, it comes to repeating freezes, and I have to reload again and again.
It is a major problem. The website does not work at all at the moment (slow, freezing, LingQs do not show up). I use google chrome on MacOs. I realized this problem yesterday. After 24h it is not better. I am hoping for a quick solution.
I suspect it has to do with the change regarding hyphenated words and attempts to debug the inadequately tested changes.
Our developers are looking into this. We will have it solved soon.
It’s happening on both safari and chrome. I’m using a Mac M1. Each time i move onto the next page, all the lingqs/new word colours disappear. I have to close the reader and reopen it everytime i move onto the next page. Please have it fixed.
This should be fixed now.
I’m still having the same problem. Each time i turn a page in the reader, i lose all the colored words. I have to close the reader and re-open it each time i finish the page.
Using Firefox on Windows 11 I am still having this issue at the moment.
i’m afraid it’s not fixed yet. using chrome on a chromebook!
Thanks everyone, let me check this with our team. I will get back to you.
Still having the same issue today. Please fix this.
We pushed fixes today that should deal with the mentioned issues.
Having similar problems on Chrome (still happening today). When I pass to a new page the known words don’t register in my overall count, and if I toggle back, the words on the previous page are still blue. Other times none of the words are highlighted (unless I leave the lesson and start again)
