Hi, is anyone able to explain this phrase to me? I understand all of the the characters, but unfortunately not the meaning!!

It means someone doesn’t quite like doing something. Another way to put it is to say 算不上喜欢.
E.g.
我弹了几年钢琴，但我算不上喜欢（弹钢琴）。
这些歌我偶尔会听，但算不上喜欢。
