Hi, I wasn’t using the app and kind of forgot to unsubscribe. I attempt to cancel but I am prompted to take a discount of I think around 50%? for 3 months. However when the charge finally arrives I am charged £1 more than I was last month instead of getting any discount. This is very disappointing. I would like to request a refund of the months I have not been using, as well as some indication of how to cancel my subcription as I cannot find how to do this.
