Problems with subscription

Thank you for allowing me to use the premium account after May 5th, but there is an error in the system :sweat_smile:. I changed to monthly today but the system didn’t even try to charge after May 5th. Thanks for the extra premium ! :wink:

Thanks for reporting the problem. It’s fixed now but you’ll need to upgrade account back to Premium again, since your 12-month play payment for renewal failed.
