Hi,
a couple days ago i tried to upgrade my monthly subscription to an annually subscription. Apparently something went wrong.
Since my upgrade attempt, i can’t no longer access my profile page (it shows an error message).
According to Paypal, i still have my monthly subscription.
I would really love to upgrade to annually, can please someone have a look at it?

All good, I checked your account and you did everything properly. Your account is set to switch to a 12-month plan on your next payment date - August 20.

What page exactly do you try to open when you see the error message?
The page from where the change to the subscription was startet. The same place you can change your password, buy gift cards etc.
