I constantly encounter this error when i try to open a text “There was an error opening this lesson. We have been notified and will investigate this issue. You will be redirected to the home page where you can try opening another lesson.” and when i try to scroll down in Lesson feed it is not loading older suggestions, It stucks in loading state. There is also a problem with marking words in lessons. When i click a word or turn a word to yellow or remove its color or reclick it some other words randomly turn to yellow. It is very annoying because when i try to remove newly turned yellow words additional other words turn to yellow .
Sorry to hear that. Do you have that issue with lessons you imported or with any lesson you try to open on the site? Can you send me a link to one of lessons with which you see that error?
Also, the LingQs problem you mentioned sounds like you have Auto LingQs Creation option enabled under the settings. If you disable it, that will prevent words to switch to yellow automatically. You can disable it under the settings button (gear icon) on the home page, Reader Settings tab.
The issue about opening texts. They were mostly my own imported lessons. It looks like the problem disappeared after i have become premium. I disabled Auto LingQs Creation and the issue about words is also solved. Thank you. My only remaining problem is about lesson feed. When i scrool down in “News Feed” and “Popular Lessons” sections; it doesn’t load suggestions and stuck in loading state after a while. For example, in Popular Lessons section the last lesson i can see on bottom of my screen is liked by somebody 12 hours ago. It stucks in loading state after this time period. Is it normal ?
I was able to reproduce that problem too. Will check with our team if we can fix it. Thanks for pointing it out.
