Problem with confirm message "Know all words" at last page

When I click on the “Continue” icon on the last page of a lesson, I sometime get the message “Confirm all words known”, but not always. I don’t see any pattern when this happens. Not a big issue, but something seems to be wrong.

I’m using the browser version in Firefox on Windows 11.

When you don’t see that pop-up, are you sure that there are actually any blue words left behind?

I’m not sure. I will check next time this happens.

Yes I got no confirm message on a lesson with blue words.

This was with a private imported lesson:
