Problem with app

Пользовался приложением, очень удобно, так много материала, все было здорово. На следующий день не могу залогиниться ни на айпаде, ни на айфоне. Хотя на сайте захожу без проблем. Так же не могу зарегистрировать нового пользователя. В чем проблема? Интернет в порядке, такая ошибка уже несколько дней.

I see, in that case perhaps you can try a couple of things:

  1. Close the app from the multitask menu (double tap the home button the swipe up on the LingQ app to close it). Then, try reopening it and see if that works.

  2. Try logging into your “txman” account from your iPad and let us know if it works.

This message should only be appearing when your device is offline, but it seems the app may have gotten stuck. Hopefully one of these solutions helps!
