16.10 as I have resubscribed to Premium, have all confirmations in Google Apps/payment confirmation in PayPal, but my profile was not updated to Premium. I wrote to support 16.10 - but no answer still! Since almost a month although I paid I cannot upload new lessons and record lingqs! Please return my money for previous month or prolong for one month!
