I know that production on new languages was paused in favour of developing the LingQ 5.0 interface - seeing as that is rumoured to be dropping in the coming weeks, is there a list available of what languages will be released and when?

I don’t work for LingQ, but I’ve been interested in this question, so these are my own findings from the forums.
It seems that the following languages either will be added or are likely to be added shortly after 5.0:
Georgian
Icelandic
Thai
Tagalog
Vietnamese
Hindi
Lithuanian
There are other languages that are possibly more uncertain:
Luxembourgish
Swahili
Latvian
Estonian
There have been posts of people working on, but not necessarily having completed:
Faroese
Breton
Later in September I’ll be going back to trying to get Irish to happen (I don’t speak it) as well.

I’m not so sure about Thai I found a recent thread were Zoran (I think) said they have only 20 mini stories whereas they need 40 mini stories.

The one I had saved is over a year old:
