Possessive pronouns?

Hi,
I have found this sentence: “Hey, there, where did you find a picture of me old specs?”
However, I am asking myself why it shouldn’t have been written as follows:
Hey, there, where did you find a picture of my old specs?
Hey, there, where did you find the picture of my old specs?

Thanks in advance,

“Hey there, where did you find a picture of my old specs?” reads the best to me.

“me old specs” is just an old form, or perhaps a rustic form of the language. The correct form is “my old specs”. As to “the” versus "a’, this depends on whether the reference is to “a” picture (one of many) or “the” picture, that particular one, or perhaps the only one in existence.

“me” in this context is used colloquially quite often in British English, mostly considered as non-standard though.

Jim was going to a fancy dress party. He decided to go naked with his wife on his back. At the party, someone asked him “What have you come as?”. Jim replied, “I’m a snail and that’s me shell.”
