Hello again. Sorry to be a pain, but I have a question. I have just had two conversation segments (30mins in total). Where do I see the points? Is there something I need to do? Thank you. 
You must write a conversation report in order to receive your points.
Once you send your conversation report to your student you will find your points listed under the “Settings” option on the top right hand side of the screen. You can navigate from there.
All you need to do, if you haven’t done so already is to write a conversation report and send it to your student, you will then automatically receive points for the conversation.
As you just had two conversation segments, 30 minutes in total, you will receive 1,000 points.
