Is there a way to move or remove the need some help button? I’ve tried minimizing my page but I can not access my “ignore” button.

Sorry to hear can! Which device and browser are you using? Can you please send me a screenshot of that to support(at)lingq.com? The button can’t be removed, but I’ll see what we can do about it.
In the meantime you can ignore through the “X” shortcut on the keyboard.
Using Goggle Chrome on my laptop, I was not aware of the “X” shortcut, I will be using that.
Using google chrome as well and I too run into this issue. Didn’t know about X to ignore though, so I’ll try that.
