Please delete my subscription

I’ve already posted on the other forum, so sorry for the duplicate request, but no one is replying. Can an admin please delete all my lessons and downgrade me to free? The “delete” button at the end of the downgrade process doesn’t do anything.

I have too many lessons, and given the clunky interface of lingq, deleting all of them manually would take my whole afternoon away (I know because I have already gone trough the process several times in the past).

It’s taken care of. Your account is scheduled to drop to the Free plan on September 21st.

Hello Zoran, sorry for the inconvenience but my Account page still reads “12 Months Premium (renewing on September 21, 2022)” and I still see all my lessons. Is this right?

No worries, your subscription will expire tomorrow. You won’t be charged.
