I have many playlists open because I use them for different groups of students. This has basically worked for a long time. Suddenly today I am getting messages from my students that their playlists have disappeared.
I checked on my computer and the missing playlists are still marked as shared, but they do not show up in the library. This is NOT good.
I have 17 still open, but 9 won’t show up. Was some change implemented that has hidden all of these at once?
We have never been told of a limit before although on occasion, I have had to close down a playlist to make another appear. But this is rather unusual.
This is a growing problem for me. I have five groups of students to whom I must send individual lesson links since my prepared playlists aren’t working for them (or for me).
Sorry. I didn’t see your answer here. Each day I have been checking in the app to see if the feature worked, but I didn’t see this.
No. I still cannot share playlists. All the playlists I am trying to share show up in the classrooms under courses or playlists shared. But only some classrooms have visible shelves on the desktop. This is true for me as well as for my students.
I share the same playlist with two different classrooms. One classroom can see it and the other can’t.
I can also see this shelf. The other playlists that are shared with the “nonworking” classrooms, do not show up for me either. (I can still access the lessons, but I have to search for them by name.)
@Jingle Strange, but we are unable to reproduce this issue on our end. Can you let me know the name of the Classroom that can’t see the Playlist and the Playlist name? Thanks.
@JulianiTOgo Can you please reach me at support@lingq.com? I will need some additional information from your regarding this as I am unable to reproduce the issue on my end.
We can now see the courses but when we click on them we are directly sent to the home page. Is it supposed to be that way? And if yes, where could we find the shared lessons?
