I try to a upload PDF file and I get an error saying “There was an error importing this file. Please ensure all digital protection has been removed.”
There is no digital protection because it is a PDF file. Please advise. Thank you.
PDF files can also have digital protection on them. Please double-check and make sure the file is not copyrighted.
